  • 4 shots of espresso
  • 1tbsp of old rum
  • 4 cloves
  • One pinch of cinnamon
  • 1tsp of brown sugar

Directions

  1. In a heat-proof glass, mix the sugar and cinnamon until dissolved.
  2. Add dark rum and cloves and stir again.
  3. Heat up the high-proof rum in a small saucepan until it catches fire.
  4. Flambe with the rum.
  5. Stir well and pour into the cup.
  6. Serve immediately.
