The hassle-free breakfast! Oatmeal has been the go-to breakfast at home. It’s healthy and filling. While easy, the traditional stovetop method can be tricky. You have to watch the pot, stir frequently, and wait for the mixture to boil. I’ve burned at least two pots in the process. The Instant Pot has been a game changer, leaving me free to do other tasks – like sleeping- while the oatmeal cooks.
