How to make Spaghetti Hot Dogs
This recipe is a quick and easy option for a weeknight dinner. I cook it once a week because all you need are some spaghetti and hot dogs to have a delicious meal ready in no time. Occasionally, I serve it for breakfast with boiled eggs on the side. I am telling you, this is the real breakfast of a champion!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces of spaghetti
- 4 hot dogs
- 1 Tbps of olive oil
- 1 chicken cube bouillon – I like Knorr
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup of pasta sauce
- 1/4 cut of grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
- while cooking the spaghetti according to package instructions, slice the hot dogs into bite-sized pieces
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat
- Add the sliced hot dogs, the cube bouillon, and the pasta sauce and cook for 5-7 minutes, occasionally stirring, until they are browned and slightly crispy
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the hot dogs
- Toss the spaghetti and hot dogs together until they are well combined
- season with salt to taste
- Serve with parmesan cheese on top
Enjoy your easy and quick spaghetti for dinner!
Note
If prepared for breakfast, you can serve it with boiled eggs.
