Piña Colada – A creamy and refreshing rum cocktail
I know It’s spring, but we need to prepare for summer mentally. In this post, I will share a classic Rum cocktail recipe perfect for sipping by the pool or simply enjoying at home or your favorite bar.

Piña Colada
Ingredients
- 2 oz coconut milk
- 1 oz of cream of coconut, not coconut cream
- 2 oz of pineapple juice
- 2 oz of Rum – Barbancourt preferred
- 1 cup of crushed ice
Directions
- Use a shaker or combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into a hurricane glass
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherries or any exotic fruits
- Serve Immediately
